MONSON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
MINUTES SEPTEMBER 27, 2012
MEMBERS PRESENT: David Beaudoin, David Jarvis, Frank Carey, Tere Hrynkiw and Ron Fussell.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Scott O’Neill and John Martin.
7:30 The Board discussed the Community Plan for Monson Center prepared by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. David Beaudoin stated he attended some of the community informational meetings and also attended the Planning Board meeting at which Larry Smith PVPC presented the document. Some changes were suggested to the Zoning Bylaws and also changes to zoning districts. Mr. Beaudoin stated the Planning Board was not in favor of zone changes to the downtown area that would change existing commercial zones to residential village.
The Board signed the bill schedule.
Ronald Fussell moved to accept the minutes of the meeting for July 26, 2012 with the addition of the names of the Board members voting on the Special Permit to allow the Quaboag Riders Club to hold motorcycle track racing on its premises.
Frank Carey seconded the motion.
It was so voted unanimous.
The Board voted unanimously to move the date of the November meeting to Thursday November 15th, 2012 to avoid the Thanksgiving holiday.
8:30 Tere Hrynkiw moved to adjourn.
