MONSON ZONING BOARD
MINUTES JUNE 22, 2006
MEMBERS PRESENT: William Donovan, Nicola Gioscia, Roger Pelletier, Kevin Biermann, David Beaudoin and Peggy Paine.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Frank Carey
Chairman William Donovan convened the meeting at 7:30 P.M.
David Beaudoin moved to accept the minutes of May 25, 2006 with a correction of a typographical error.
Nicola Gioscia seconded the motion.
It was so voted unanimous.
William Donovan stated this was the last meeting for long time member Peggy Paine. She has been faithful in her commitment to the Board attending almost every meeting and site visit and has performed her duties on the Board with integrity.
7:45 CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR KEVIN PHILLIPS FOR
A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR EARTH REMOVAL AT 181 WILBRAHAM ROAD.
William Donovan stated one of the members was unable to attend the meeting due to the death of a family member. The absent member is one of the five members voting on the Earth Removal permit. Without five members present the applicant would have to secure a favorable vote from the four members present. If one member voted against the special permit the applicant would be denied. He questioned if the applicant wanted to move forward or continue the hearing to July 27, 2006 when it was expected all five members would be in attendance?
Kevin Phillips requested a continuance to July 27, 2006.
With the agreement of all parties David Beaudoin moved to continue the hearing to 7:45 P.M. July 27, 2006.
Kevin Biermann seconded the motion.
It was so voted unanimous.
With no other business scheduled Nicola Gioscia moved to adjourn at 7:55 P.M.
David Beaudoin seconded the motion.
It was so voted unanimous.
