Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Doug and seconded by Marty to accept the meeting minutes of April 11, 2007 and April 25, 2007. Motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
USDA Bunyan Road Transducers: The second well level transducer is in and running with no problems. These particular modules are lightning protected and have a lifetime warranty.
Repair of Woodridge Road Water Leak: The leak that occurred in February has been repaired. Tom Murphy was able to find the source of the leak right in the middle of the road.
Quaboag Heights ~ Update: The easement has been loamed, hydro seeded and looks great, and the new homeowners are pleased with outcome.
S.R.F. Project Presentation: Discussion took place on the presentation Craig has prepared to give at tonight’s Town Meeting. Town meeting approval of both land articles gives the Board of Selectmen authorization to begin the eminent domain process. Craig informed the Commission Town Council recommends proceeding with second appraisals.
NEW BUSINESS:
Correspondence: Craig informed the commission of a letter from Gary Pfisterer with regards to Sewer Billing which will be the first thing on the agenda at the next meeting
NEXT MEETING: The next has been set for Wednesday, May 30th at 6:30 p.m.
ADJOURN: At 6:00 p.m., a motion was made by Doug and seconded by Marty to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed unanimously.
