BOARD OF SELECTMEN
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2010
The regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen convened at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Room at 110 Main Street. In attendance were Richard E. Guertin and John F. Goodrich II. Edward S. Harrison and Town Administrator Gretchen E. Neggers were absent. Also present was the media.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Acceptance of Meeting Minutes:
Upon noting a few changes in the minutes by Mr. Guertin and Mr. Goodrich, Mr. Goodrich made a motion to accept the meeting minutes as amended. Mr. Guertin seconded and it was so VOTED.
Vote to Approve Issuance of Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust Interim Loan:
Mr. Goodrich said this was done at the last Town Meeting, and read the vote of the Board of Selectmen into the record, as attached.
Mr. Goodrich made a motion to accept as just read. Mr. Guertin seconded and it was so VOTED.
Correspondence was read and completed.
At 7:20 p.m., Mr. Goodrich made a motion to adjourn from open session. Mr. Guertin seconded and it was so VOTED.
