MINUTES NOVEMBER 5, 2013
MEMBERS PRESENT: Craig Sweitzer, Paul Hatch and Tara Hengeveld
MEMBERS ABSENT: Kevin Haley and Karen King
7:00 P.M. Craig Sweitzer convened the Special Meeting of the Planning Board.
The Board reviewed a letter from Attorney Raymond A. Blanchette regarding 1.25 acres of land owned by Wayne A. and Laurie W. Evans that is in Chapter 61 B. The land is to be removed from Chapter 61B and added to residential land.
Following review Craig Sweitzer moved to recommend to the Board of Selectmen that the Town waive the Right of First Refusal.
Tara Hengeveld seconded the motion.
It was so voted, unanimous.
7:10 Paul Hatch moved to adjourn.
