SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
Present: Bob Margerison, Christine Edwards, Peter Fimognari, Jim Pennington, Maureen O’Sullivan, Bob Finnegan, Kurt Kaiser, Brenda Payette (Administrative Assistant),
Deb Mahar, Mary Watson
Absent: Gerry Brayton, William Dominguez
The meeting was convened at 6:36pm
FinCom members to read the following articles at the Special Town Meeting:
Article 1: Jim Pennington
Article 2: Christine Edwards
Article 3: Maureen O’Sullivan
No other business to conduct.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45pm to join Special Town Meeting at 7:00pm.
Ms. Mahar submitted an Appropriation Expenditure of Funds.
6:51pm Ms. Edwards made a motion to reconvene, Mr. Kaiser SECONDED:
Ms. Edwards made a motion to:
Deficit spend in the amount of $75,000 for Snow and Ice.
Ms. O’Sullivan SECONDED; all VOTED YES.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:00pm to join Special Town Meeting at 7:00pm.
The next scheduled meeting of the Finance Committee is:
Monday, March 18, 2013 at 7:00pm.
