Absent: Peter Fimognari, William Dominguez, Kurt Kaiser
The meeting was convened at 6:42pm

OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS:
Ms. Edwards made a motion to defer Article 1 to the Planning Board, Mr. Finnegan SECONDED the motion; the following discussion took place:
Article 1 is clearly explained.
Article 2 is not clear.
YES votes to defer to Planning Board- 4
Mr. Finnegan, Ms. O’Sullivan, Mr. Margerison, Ms. Edwards
NO votes to defer to Planning Board -1
Mr. Brayton
Abstain-Mr. Pennington
YES votes passed to defer Article 1 to the Planning Board.
Ms. Edwards made a motion to defer Article 2 to the Planning Board, it was SECONDED; all voted YES to defer Article 2 to the Planning Board.
The next scheduled meeting of the Finance Committee is:
Monday, September 12, 2011 at 7:00pm
The meeting was adjourned at 6:56pm
