- Linda Hull was present to discuss Articles 15 and 16 on the Special Town Warrant representing the Planning Board. The Attorney General approves both articles after approved by Town Meeting.
- Craig Jalbert discussed Articles 5,6,7 and 8.
- John Morrell discussed Article 3 and 11 on the Special Town Warrant
- George Robichard discussed Article 2 on the Special Town Warrant
- Ann Murphy discussed Article 10 on the Special Town Warrant and Article 19, 20 and 21 on the Annual Town Warrant
