MONSON FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES                                                                                                                                     MAY 14, 2007

Present:        Peter Fimognari, Pete Ross, Bob Margerison, Maureen O’Sullivan, Jim Pennington, Christine Edwards, John Goodrich, Joel Keller, Chris Carlin, Gerald Brayton, Brenda Payette (Administrative Assistant)

Also Present:   Deb Mahar (Finance Director), Nancy Morrell (Town Clerk), Gretchen Neggers (Town Administrator)

OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS
Ms. Mahar said the following figures in the Annual Town Warrant were incorrect and gave the correct figures:

Under General Government Board of Selectmen staff salaries: $92,809.00 to $95,841.00, and total for staff salaries and expenses $99,669.00 to $102,701.00.  
Mr. Goodrich made a motion to amend Board of Selectmen staff salaries and expense total to $102,701.00, changing General Government Total to $992,729.00, it was seconded and SO VOTED, unanimously.  

Under Public Safety Police Department Salaries: $799,585.00 to $810,304.00, changing the Police Department total to $920,442.00 and Public Safety Total to $1,760,059.00.
Mr. Goodrich made a motion to amend Public Safety Police Department Salaries to $810,304.00 changing the Police Department total to $920,442.00 and Public Safety Total to $1,760,059.00; it was seconded and SO VOTED, unanimously.  

Under Debt Service #5: $17,723.00 transfer and appropriate from Ambulance Subscription Fees Reserved for Appropriation Account to New Language: #5 $14,300.00 transfer and appropriate from Ambulance Subscription Fees Reserved for Appropriation Account and $3,423.00 transfer and appropriate from Ambulance Receipts Reserved for Appropriation Account.
Mr. Goodrich made a motion to amend the language under Debt Service #5; it was seconded and SO VOTED, unanimously.  

Under Article 14: change amount $36,992.00 to $36,692.00.
Mr. Goodrich made a motion to amend amount $36,992.00 to $36,692.00, it was seconded and SO VOTED, unanimously.
