OLD BUSINESS:
Budget requests needed to be submitted and at this time we decided to request level funded budget from the Finance Committee. Voted in affirmative.
The fence project down at the cemetery located on Main Street next to Nothe’s gas station was discussed as we have no idea what is going on. The old fence has been removed and footings have been put in. we are not sure to who, what, when and where is going on there. Jim Metzger will contact Dennis Sweriad to find out the details and report back to us.
The CPA funds and where we are in the process was discussed. We will try to have Bob Haveles come to a meeting to update us as to the status and schedule. Jim Duggan will contact him.
Also was discussed the grant application to Norcross for the software upgrade. We will continue this discussion as updated information is requested.
NEW BUSINESS:
Only new business that was discussed was the health condition of our Superintendent and what we plan on doing in his absence. This will be an ongoing discussion as things progress. Kyle DeMaio will be there to oversee the department during the day and take care of daily routine until further notice.
