Monson Cemetery Commission

The monthly meeting of the Cemetery Commission opened at 6:05pm in the office at 32 Wilbraham Road. Commissioners present were: Jim Duggan and Jim Metzger. Also present was Paul Lovell, Superintendent. Minutes of the October 7, 2010 meeting were read and approved as presented.
OLD BUSINESS:
Went over the Rules and Regulations for the Cemeteries briefly and handed out copies for the Commissioners to start to review for any changes we may feel need to address at a later meeting.
Updated Jim Metzger on the happenings of the past meetings that he has not attended due to work conflicts.
Received the letter from the Historical Society requesting the space at the Jacob Thompson House that they would like to use for storage. Letter was read and accepted.
NEW BUSINESS:
Signed bills and deeds. No other new business was discussed.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:05pm
Next meeting is Thursday, December 02, 2010, 2010, at 6pm.
