CEMETERY COMMISSIONERS MEETING OF APRIL 5, 2002
PRESENT: Herman E. Hasenjager, Robert E. Pease, Julian E. Szarlan, Paul B. Lovell, John R. Nothe and Gaylin Bingle.
Mr. Hasenjager called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. The minutes of the previous meeting were read by the clerk and accepted with a motion by Mr. Pease and seconded by Mr. Szarlan.
OLD BUSINESS:
Clutch for Tractor – Paul brought the tractor to Dave Beyor to have the clutch replaced. Mr. Beyor said the clutch didn’t need to be replaced, it only needed an adjustment. Mr. Beyor also changed the oil and filters on the tractor while it was there for a total cost of $85.33.
Bench From Country Memorials – Paul said he hasn’t spoken with Don Boucier from Country Memorials yet to let him know the Commissioners agreed on March 1st, the bench he is donating to Hillcrest Cemetery, can be placed in the garden on the knoll.
NEW BUSINESS:
Seasonal Help – Paul said he plans on bringing Paul Mieltowski and Craig Nothe back for the mowing season. Ronnie Aliengena will be back only for Memorial Day, Paul believes, as there is a chance he will be moving to Florida.
Mr. Hasenjager made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Pease seconded the motion.
