Regular meeting of the Monson Board of Health was called to order at 5:40 p.m. by Chair, Beau Schneider.
Members present were Wayne Yee, Vicki Alfano, and Joanna Sorreiro. Lorri McCool, Health/Title V Inspector, as well as Carrie Payne were absent.
Vicki Alfano made motion to accept the minutes from the March 23, 2016 meeting, seconded by Beau Schneider and all in favor. The minutes of March 20, 2013 cannot be accepted at this time and were tabled.
A meeting with Finn McCool tabled for a future meeting.
Discussion on barn inspections table for future meeting when Lorri McCool is present.
Beau Schneider advised the Board that the Bulky Day banner is at Hampden Sign and should be ready the middle of next week.
Beau Schneider will not be attending the meeting at the Blue Bonnett 4/9/2016. Agenda pretty much the same as the meeting we attended in Taunton.
New tobacco regulations will be drafted and coming from the State level.
Claire Forgues informed the Board there may be a change in the tire vendor for Bulky Day. More details to follow. Beau will promptly leave Bulky Day after the conclusion of the event at 1 p.m. Need to check with Evan Brassard about bathroom facilities at Hillside and also with Park & Rec to make sure not events are scheduled.
Licenses, permits, payroll and bill schedules signed.
Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
