- Review and accept the minutes of November 21, 2011 meeting.

- Preliminary Budget Discussions- including the review of current expenditures ledger.
- Review and approve the proposed Well Regulations for Seasonal Food Establishments.
- Review and approve the lists from the MRC regarding the areas they will need access to and the areas they will never access.
