Members Present: Assessors Allan Curtis, Michael Benfield
Members Absent: Chairman Russell Bressette

Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:15pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Michael and seconded by Allan to accept the minutes of January 27, 2014. All in favor, the motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Commitments:
- 2013 Recommitment 05A in the amount of $40.00
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2014 in the amount of $849.48
- 2013 in the amount of $112.91
The Board reviewed 4 Real Estate applications and took the following action:
- Approved application for 155-001
- Approved application for 004-104
- Denied application for 164-001
- Denied application for 028-016A
The Board reviewed, voted and signed the following exemptions:
- 1 – Clause 22 – Veteran in the amount of RE$400.00/CPA$12.00
- 1 – Clause 22E – Veteran in the amount of RE$1,000.00/CPA$30.00
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Chapterland applications:
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
At 4:37pm a motion was made by Michael to leave the regular session and enter into executive session to discuss the remaining abatement applications, and to enter back into regular session when done. Allan seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed.
At 5: 33pm a motion was made by Michael to end the executive session and return to regular session. Allan seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday March 24, 2014 at 4:15pm.
ADJOURN: At 5:36pm. A motion was made by Michael and seconded by Allan to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
