Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:17pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Russell to accept the minutes of August 26, 2013. Michael abstained. The motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2013 Abatements in the amount of $1,104.51
- 2011 Abatements in the amount of $231.25
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Commitments:
- 2013 – Commitment 05 in the amount of $28,441.65
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Warrants:
- 2013 – Supplemental Real Estate Tax in the amount of $18,553.78
- 2013 – Supplemental CPA Surcharge in the amount of $2,012.02
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Chapterland applications:
- 7 – Chapter 61 Forest applications
- 22 – Chapter 61A Agricultural/Horticultural applications
- 17 – Chapter 61B Recreational applications
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Chapterland liens:
- 1 – Chapter 61 Forest Land tax lien
- 1 – Chapter 61A Agricultural/Horticultural tax lien
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Exemptions:
- A portion of Form IB3 Exemption
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the CPA Surcharge Report.
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the updated Utilities Letter for Department of Revenue.
The Board was updated on the status of the FY14 revaluation. Preliminary certification for FY14 values has been approved by the DOR and we are now having our public disclosure period until October 1, 2013.
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday October 21, 2013 at 4:15pm.
ADJOURN: At 5:08pm. A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
