Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:17pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Michael and seconded by Allan to accept the minutes of September 23, 2013. The motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2013 Abatements in the amount of $2,349.77
- 2012 Abatements in the amount of $104.95
- 2011 Abatements in the amount of $156.17
The Board reviewed, voted and signed the following forms for the Tax Recapulation:
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Chapterland applications:
- 2 – Chapter 61 Forest applications
- 17– Chapter 61A Agricultural/Horticultural applications
- 13 – Chapter 61B Recreational applications
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Chapterland liens:
- 2 – Chapter 61 Forest Land tax lien
The Board reviewed correspondence from:
- Miller Memorial Park, Hovey Rd.
- Mr. Koran, East Hill Rd.
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday November 18, 2013 at 4:15pm and Monday December 9, 2013 at 4:15pm.
ADJOURN: At 5:05pm. A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
