Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:17pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Russell to accept the minutes of October 21, 2013. The motion passed.

The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2013 Abatements in the amount of $157.29
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Commitments:
- Commitment 2013-06 in the amount of $15,207.75
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Chapterland applications:
- 2 – Chapter 61 Forest applications
The Board reviewed, voted and approved the following Chapterland liens:
- 4 – Chapter 61 Forest Land tax lien
The Board reviewed, voted and signed the following forms for the Tax Recapulation:
- Schedule A-2, A-3, A-4
- Tax Levy Limit
- Tax Rate Recapitulation
The Board reviewed correspondence from and to:
The Board discussed holding a meeting during the month of January for any taxpayers that have questions regarding their new assessments. The Board instructed the principal assessor to coordinate this with our data consultant and to draw up an article for the newspaper to be reviewed at the next meeting.
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled was confirmed as Monday December 9, 2013 at 4:15pm.
ADJOURN: At 4:40pm. a motion was made by Allan and seconded by Russell to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
