Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 6:08pm.
Before the board was a topic which required executive session. Under Section 2A of the Mass Gen. Laws Chapter 30 #6 the members took a roll call vote to go into executive session. Curtis, Benfield & Bressette all voted in favor. The board also agreed not to reconvene after the executive session was adjourned.
Executive session convened at 6:10 PM.
Executive session adjourned at 7:13 PM.
