Members Present: Assessors Allan Curtis, Michael Benfield
Members Absent: Chairman Russell A. Bressette Jr.

Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:15pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Mike and seconded by Allan to accept the minutes of June18, 2012. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2011 Abatements in the amount of $67.71
- 2012 Abatements in the amount of $658.65
The Board reviewed and signed a Partial Lien Release for property on Reimers Rd. that had paid the Rollback taxes in full.
The Board reviewed and signed the following Apportionments:
- Reimers Rd – Parcel 047-001B
- 226 Lower Hampden Rd. – Parcel 057-008
- Hilltop Dr. – Parcel 075-056
The Board reviewed an abatement application for property located at 31 King Street and denied it because we do not abate preliminary bills.
The Board reviewed and signed the following Chapterland applications:
- 2 Chapter 61 – Forestry
- 2 Chapter 61A – Agricultural/Horticultural
- 1 Chapter 61B – Recreational
The Board reviewed and signed the following Chapterland liens:
- 1 Chapter 61A
- 1 Chapter 61B
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday August 27, 2012 at 4:15pm
ADJOURN: At 4:50pm, a motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
