Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:19pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Russell to accept the minutes of March 26, 2012. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
- The Board reviewed the lease for 3 McCray Circle. The Board also reviewed a letter from Kathleen Colleary, Chief of Bureau of Municipal Finance Law regarding CIL exemption status. The board voted to approve the application for a charitable exemption for this property.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2011 Abatements in the amount of $161.77
- 2012 Abatements in the amount of $4524.20
The Board voted and denied 2 Motor Vehicle Abatement applications
The Board voted and denied the following Real Estate Exemptions:
- 1 – 41C elderly exemption
The Board voted and denied 1 Real Estate abatement application and did not take any action on 2 Real Estate abatement applications.
The Board reviewed, voted and approved a Chapter 61A renewal application and forest management plan.
The Board reviewed information regarding Senate Bill 2190 in regards to the valuing of solar and wind facilities.
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday May 21, 2012 at 4:15pm
ADJOURN: At 4:53pm, a motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
