Principal Assessor: Ann P. Murphy
Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:17pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Craig to accept the minutes of September 20, 2010 minutes. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:

The Board voted and approved the following Chapterland liens:
- 3 Chapter 61 Forest land
- 5 Chapter 61A Agricultural & Horticultural land
- 2 Chapter 61B Recreational land
The Board voted and approved the following Chapterland applications:
- 4 Chapter 61 Forest land
- 25 Chapter 61A Agricultural & Horticultural land
- 13 Chapter 61B Recreational land
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2010 Abatements in the amount of $1,375.32
- 2009 Abatements in the amount of $142.61
- 2008 Abatements in the amount of $59.17
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Commitments:
- 2010 Commitment 05 in the amount of $34,262.61
- 2009 Commitment 11 in the amount of $152.92
- 2010 Recommitment 04A in the amount of $68.85
The Board reviewed and discussed the information regarding the ATB case scheduled for October 28, 2010.
The Board was updated on the progress of the 2011 revaluation.
The Board discussed the classification hearing that will be held with the Selectmen on October 26, 2010.
The Board discussed the situation with the property owned by Tower View LLC, 288 Main Street. The Board instructed the principal assessor to send a letter to the company requesting an update on their status with the State.
The board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday November 15, 2010 at 4:15pm
ADJOURN: At 5:20pm, a motion was made by Allan and seconded by Craig to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
