Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:35pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Craig and seconded by Russell to accept the minutes of August 18, 2010 minutes. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2010 Abatements in the amount of $1,055.74
The Board voted and approved the following Real Estate Warrants:
- 2010 Supplemental Tax in the amount of $10,190.16
- 2010 Supplemental CPA Tax in the amount of $298.07
The Board voted and approved the LA-10 form with changes from the public disclosure period.
The Board voted and approved the following Chapterland applications:
- 2 Chapter 61 Forest Land Classification
- 15 Chapter 61A Agricultural/Horticultural Land Classification
- 17 Chapter 61B Recreational Classification
The Board was updated on the progress of the 2011 revaluation.
The board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday October 18, 2010 at 4:15pm
ADJOURN: At 5:00pm, a motion was made by Craig and seconded by Russell to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
