Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 11:30am.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board met with the Finance Director, Deborah Mahar, in regards to the overlay account. The board reviewed the funds from the various levies to determine what could be transferred to the Overlay Surplus. Craig made a motion to transfer the following funds: FY2004 $ 6,843.62
FY2005 $11,905.25
FY2006 $13,160.49
FY2007 $11,074.14
FY2009 $37,993.46
Allan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously
ADJOURN: At 11:55am, a motion was made by Craig and seconded by Allan to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
