Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm.

OLD BUSINESS:
ATB: Scheduled ATB will take place Tuesday, May 13, 2008. The applicants are going before the Conservation Commission to determine if the property has two potential building sites. If the Commission determines 2 sites the applicant may withdraw their ATB case.
Quaboag Heights Condos: Diane updated the members on the recent interior/exterior inspection of all completed condos to place a fair and equitable assessment on each condo. There will be unit location factors and unit type factors that will apply values based on location and amentities added to each individual condo. These amentities in most cases were contracted outside the sale price.
NEW BUSINESS:
Excise: The board approved 2008 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Abatements in the amount of $3,368.23; 2007 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Abatements in the amount of $267.81; 2006 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Abatements in the amount of $50.00
Exemptions: The board reviewed and approved three exemption applications. Also reviewed and approved was the Exemption Reimbursement Report to be submitted to the Commonwealth.
Chapterland Lien: One Chapter 61B lien was signed and notazied for a 30Ac tract of land recently transferrred from Cardano to Rahkonen. Rahknonen will continue to maintain the land as classified recreation land.
Office Updates: The tax map project is coming to completion. The goal is to get the reviewed maps back to TigheBond within the next two weeks. The project of combining common ownership/deed parcels along with combining Chapterland parcels is complete. Prior to the preliminary tax bills, letters will be sent out to inform taxpayers of the combined parcels. 2007 sales have begun with analysis currently in progress. Parcel splits for FY09 is complete.

ADJOURN: At 5:30 p.m., a motion was made by Allan and seconded by Russell to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
