Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 9:30 am.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Craig and seconded by David to accept the minutes of January 30, 2008 as amended. Motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
Excise: The board approved 2007 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Abatements in the amount of $323.75; 2006 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Abatements in the amount of $45.83.
Chapterland: The board reviewed and signed two Chapterland liens to be recorded at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds.
Exemptions: The board reviewed two exemption applications. One was approved with the second one tabled until more information is provided.
Abatement Applications: Thirty abatement applications were approved by the board. Three applications were denied. There are approximately 23 abatement applications still to be reviewed.
Office Updates: Tax map project is progressing. One new computer installed in the office. In the process of combining Chapterland parcels.
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, 2008 @ 9:30 am.
ADJOURN: At 11:40 p.m., a motion was made by Craig and seconded by David to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
