Meeting convened at 3:40 p.m.

The minutes from the May 16, 2007 meeting was approved.
The board approved the 2007 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amounts of $3,495.84; 2006 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amount of $111.98; 2005 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amount of $67.51, 2003 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise abatement in the amount of $20.00, the FY 08 Preliminary Real Estate Warrant in the amount of $4,161,674.99 and the Preliminary Personal Property Warrant in the amount of $105,380.15.
The Board discussed the valuation methodology for outbuildings. After much discussion and with some reservation the board approved the outbuilding values as presented. The Board also reviewed the contract for the mapping program through Tighe & Bond. This contract will be forwarded to Deborah Mahar, Finance Director for review and possible signature prior to return.
The board reviewed all correspondence received since the last meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:25 PM.
