Meeting convened at 6:30 p.m.

This is the first meeting since the town election of officers and a reorganization of the board took place with a unanimous vote to elect Russell Bressette Jr. as Chairman.
The minutes from the March 28, 2007 meeting was approved.
The board approved 2006 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amount of $ 252.93, 2007 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amount of $2,251.17, 2006 Motor Vehicle & Trailer Excise Commitment 8 in the amount of $15.00, 2007 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Commitment 2 in the amount of $77,148.20 and four calendar years of Motor Vehicle and Trailer Re-Commited Excise in the collective amount of $1,800.67. The board also signed a ProForma Tax warrant in the amount of $1,189.63 for property at 297 Main Street and a conveyance tax warrant & certificate for property at 139 Cote Road.
The board also reviewed the MDM-1 and other related Statutory Exemption Reimbursement documentation to be submitted to the state along with recommendations to contact the Municipal Finance Department /DOR regarding an organization that submitted an application to be exempt from taxation. Diane will follow up with DOR.
Diane updated the board of the process on filling the anticipated opening in the office.
The board reviewed all correspondence since the last meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
Next meeting will be scheduled for May 2, 2007 @ 3:30PM
