On a motion by Member Walker and seconded by Member Innes, the Warrant Committee voted 6-0-1 to revise the recommendation for Article 42 by adding the following language to the end of the recommendation " and further, that the sum of $17,000 be established as the minimum amount to be paid to the Town for said property"..
