WARRANT COMMITTEE DECEMBER 1, 2010
TWELTH MEETING

Reserve Fund Balance: $ 340,643
On a motion made by Member Mitchell and seconded by Member Ahonen, the minutes of 10/6/10 were approved by the Warrant Committee by a vote of 6-0-1.
On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Wilson, the minutes of 11/7/10 were approved as amended by the Warrant Committee by a vote of 6-0-1.
The committee received a report from the Chair updating them on discussions held with Paula Rizzi regarding clarified information from one of the bidders for the Annual Town Meeting Warrant. Following discussion, and on a motion by Member Mitchell and seconded by Member Zullas, the Warrant Committee voted 10-0-0 to award the bid to J&R Graphics, Hanover, MA.
The Chair updated the committee on conversations he had had with the Town Administrator. The Chair noted that the Department of Revenue is in the process of confirming the tax rate and the town finances from FY2010.
The Chair also noted that a search committee is being formed for the new Director of Consolitated Facilities.
Due to a line item error, the Town Clerk's budget will be resubmitted prior to the next meeting.
The committee was also informed that the Unemployment line item has been exhausted and that RFTs for unemployment can be expected for November.
Reserve Fund Balance: $ 340,643
On a motion by Member Mitchell and seconded by Member Bell, the Warrant Committee unanimously agreed to adjourn at 7:50 pm.
Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 8th at 7:30 in the Blute Conference Room.
