The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Ahonen, the Warrant Committee voted 6-0-1 to approve the minutes of 12/1/10.
On a motion made by Member Hurley and seconded by Member Wilson, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to approve the Reserve Fund Transfer of $20,762 for unemployment through October 2010.
Following the discussion on the method used to determine the FY2012 Warrant Committee Budget, on a motion by Member Walker and seconded by Member Hurley, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to approve the Warrant Committee Budget for 2012 at $17,850.
The committee then discussed the current status of the budget and the beneficial impact of the confirmed free cash amount of $568,000.
The meeting on December 22 has been cancelled. Our January, February and March meetings will be held every Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room (except for Holidays).
On a motion made by Member Hurley and seconded by Member Walker, the Warrant Committee
unanimously agreed to adjourn at 8:15 pm.
