Present: T. Hays, D. Turner, P. Pasquerella, S. Genega, J. Schindler, S. McCurdy, C. Cahill, K. Sorgi, R. Boehler, J. Wilson, S. Loranger ,C. Tougias,
Absent: N. Bourque, K. Chase, G. Noonan
Reserve Fund: $240,372.27
- Chair Hays called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm in the Teachers Room of Milton High School.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Tougias the Warrant Committee voted 9/0/0 to accept the revised language to Article 17 submitted by John Cronin, which reads that the town RECOMMEND that the Town vote to appropriate the sum of $35,000 for the purposes set forth in this article and that to meet said appropriation the sum of $35,000 be raised from funds certified by the Department of Revenue as free cash; and that the Moderator be authorized to appoint a committee of five citizens of the Town for the purposes set forth in this article; and that said committee shall be authorized to expend said sum of $35,000 for the purposes set forth in this article; and that said committee shall report to the Board of Selectmen by December 15, 2014.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Boehler the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 7:18 pm to attend the fourth night of the Annual Town Meeting. 11/0/0
