Absent: K. Chase, R. Boehler, N. Bourque

Reserve Fund: $241,397.00
- Chair Hays called the meeting to order at 7:35pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room Town Hall.
- Chair Hays recognized Tom Hurley, Board of Selectmen, to present to the Warrant Committee an explanation of issues with the FY 2015 Debt Service.
- Chair Hays thanked Mr. Hurley for his presentation.
- Chair Hays presented an RFT in the amount of $520.00 for the cost of legal ads for the Planning Board.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee approved a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $520.00 for the Planning Board’s legal ads. 10/0/0
- Chair Hays began a review of the FY 2015 budget in preparation for the Warrant Committee’s “All Day” meeting on Wednesday February 26th.
- On a motion made by Member Tougias and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee voted to use $504,933.00 of Free Cash for Debt Service. 9/1/0
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 11:41 pm. 10/0/0
