Present: T. Hays, C. Cahill, G. Noonan, S. Genega (remote), K. Sorgi, C. Tougias , D. Turner, J. Schindler, P. Pasquerella, N. Bourque, S. Loranger, S. McCurdy

Reserve Fund: $241,397.00
- Chair Hays called the meeting to order at 7:34pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room Town Hall.
- Chair Hays recognized Jeff d’Ambly Chief Assessor to present the FY 2015 Assessor’s Budget.
- Chair Hays thanked Mr. d’Ambly for his presentation of the FY 2015 Assessor’s budget.
- Chair Hays presented the Veteran’s Budget for FY 2015.
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Tougias the Warrant Committee voted to decrease the Veteran’s Service Budget by $40,000.00. In a roll call vote with Members Hays, Tougias, Pasquerella, Schindler, Sorgi, Loranger, Noonan, Genega, Bourque, Cahill, Turner voting yes, and Member McCurdy voting no, the Warrant Committee approved a new amount for the Veteran’s Budget of $120,020 for FY 2015.
- Chair Hays presented the fiscal outlook for FY 2015.
- On a motion made by Member Tougias and seconded by Member Loranger the Warrant Committee voted to supplement the FY 2015 Operational Budget with $400,000.00 from Free Cash. The motion passed in a roll call vote with Members Hays, Tougias, Pasquerella, Schindler, Sorgi, Loranger, Noonan, Genega, Bourque, Cahill, Turner and Member McCurdy all voting yes.
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Tougias the Warrant Committed voted to supplement the FY 2015 Operational Budget with $164,000.00 from Overlay Reserve. The motion passed in a roll call vote with Members Hays, Tougias, Pasquerella, Schindler, Sorgi, Loranger, Noonan, Genega, Bourque, Cahill, Turner and Member McCurdy all voting yes.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Schindler the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 11:00 pm. 12/0/0
