- Chair Hays called the meeting to order at 7:33pm in the Carol Blute Conference room.
- Bill Ritchie presented the Consolidated Facilities budget for FY 2015.
- Chair Hays gave a brief update on New Articles.
- Chair Hays gave an update on the calendar for upcoming meetings.
- Chair Hays gave an update on the FY 2015 budget.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Boehler the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 10:42pm. 10/0/0
