- Chair Wilson called the meeting to order at 6:39 pm in the Teacher’s lounge of Milton High School.
- Chair Wilson recognized Richard Wells, Police Chief to present the following 4 Reserve Fund Transfers: 1. $25,000.00 for gas; 2. $28,665.00 for overtime costs associated to the Marathon bombing; 3. $6,233.19 for overtime costs associated to the November Presidential Election; 4. $5,000.00 for overtime costs associated to the June Special Elections.
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Cahill the Warrant Committee voted to approve a RFT in the amount of $25,000.00 for gas for the Police Department. 9/0/0
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Cahill the Warrant Committee voted to approve a RFT in the amount of $28,665.00 for overtime costs associated with the marathon bombing for the Police Department. 9/0/0
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Kelly the Warrant Committee voted to approve a RFT in the amount of $6,233.19 for overtime costs associated with the November 2012 Presidential Election. 9/0/0
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee voted to approve a RFT in the amount of $5,000.00 for overtime costs associated with the June 2013 Special Election. 9/0/0
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 7:13 pm to attend Annual Town Meeting. 9/0/0
