- Chair Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm in the Carol Blute Conference room.
- Chair Wilson recognized Jack Grant, Fire Chief who was presenting a Reserve Fund Transfer for Overtime.
- Chair Wilson thanked Chief Grant for his presentation of the Reserve Fund Transfer.
- On a motion made by Member Cahill and seconded by Member Chase the Warrant Committee approved a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $43, 257.90 for repairs to the Fire Engine ladder truck. 10/0/0
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Genega the Warrant Committee approved a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $25,576 for the Selectmen’s E & R budget due to the Special Primary and Special State Election. 8/0/1
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Genega the Warrant Committee voted 10/0/0 to accept the changes to article 8 (Capital Improvement) as printed in the May 2013 ATM Warrant.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee voted 10/0/0 to accept the changes to article 9 (Non Capital Improvement) as printed in the May 2013 ATM Warrant.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee voted 10/0/0 to accept the changes to article 15 (Safety Personnel Medical Expenses) as printed in the May 2013 ATM Warrant.
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Cahill the Warrant Committee voted 10/0/0 to accept the changes to article 23 (Public Works Appropriation) as printed in the May 2013 ATM Warrant.
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee voted 10/0/0 rescind the recommendation of article 53 which was voted on 3/25/13.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Chase the Warrant Committed voted 10/0/0 to recommend that the Warrant Committee is a non-political,~non-elected body and we believe that it is not appropriate for us to make a recommendation. We further believe that Town Meeting Members should vote their conscience.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 8:52 pm. 10/0/0
