Present: J. Wilson, C. Tougias, F. Kelly, D. Turner, T. Hays, C. Cahill, G. Noonan, S. Genega, R. Hallisey, R. Boehler
Absent: N. Bourque, K. Sorgi, K. Chase, J. Creedon, J. Nkwah

- Chair Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
- Chair Wilson recognized Susan Galvin, Town Clerk to discuss the FY 2014 Town Clerk’s Budget.
- After discussing the FY 2014 Town Clerks budget, Chair Wilson thanked Ms. Galvin for attending the Warrant Committee meeting.
- Chair Wilson recognized Jim McAuliffe, Town Treasurer to discuss the FY 2014 Town Treasurer’s budget.
- Chair Wilson thanked Mr. McAuliffe for presenting the FY 2014 Treasurer’s budget.
- Chair Wilson recognized Jack Grant, Fire Chief to discuss the FY 2014 Fire Department’s Budget.
- After discussing the FY 2014 Fire Department, Chair Wilson thanked Chief Grant for attending the Warrant Committee meeting.
Chair Wilson recognized Will Adamczyk, Director of the Milton Public Library, Brendan McLaughlin, Chair of the Library Trustees, for the presentation of the FY 2014 Library budget. Also in attendance were the following Library Trustees: Barbara Mason, Hyacinth Crichlow, Ray Czwakiel, Frank Schroth, and Herbert Voight.
- Chair Wilson thanked Mr. Adamczyk and Mr. McLaughlin for their presentation of the FY 2014 Library budget.
- Chair Wilson asked the committee members to look over the one time item requests from each of the department budgets that they were responsible for, and be prepared to discuss them at the January 31st meeting.
- Chair Wilson reminded the committee that the Police department FY 2014 budget will be presented at the next meeting which will be January 31st.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee unanimously voted to adjourn at 10:30 pm.
