- Chair Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:36 pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Genega the Warrant Committee voted to approve the payment of $200 to Milton Access Television for the live broadcast of the Warrant Committee meeting on February 9, 2013. 11/0/0
- Chair Wilson recognized Bill Clark, Town Planner to discuss the FY 2014 Planning Budget.
Member Creedon arrived 7:50 pm
- Chair Wilson welcomed Alex Whiteside, Chair of the Planning Board to discuss the Master Plan article and the Housing Production Plan which were submitted by the Planning Board. Both articles require appropriation for the Annual Town Meeting.
- Chair Wilson thanked Mr. Whiteside for attending the meeting, and his presentation.
- Chair Wilson then asked Mr. Clark to discuss the East Milton Square article, and what will be required for an appropriation for the article.
- Chair Wilson thanked Mr. Clark for attending the meeting and his presentation.
- Chair Wilson reminded the committee that the Schools will be presenting the FY 2014 budget on Thursday January 24, 2013 at the Milton High School library.
- The next meeting of the Warrant Committee will be on Wednesday January 24, 2013.
- On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee unanimously voted to adjourn at 10:06 pm.
