Present: J. Wilson, C. Tougias, F. Kelly, R. Hallisey, D. Turner, T. Hays, R. Boehler, J. Creedon, C. Cahill, G. Noonan, J. Nkwah,
Absent: N. Bourque, S. Genega, K. Chase, K. Sorgi
Reserve Fund: $405, 928.65
- Chair Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
- Chair Wilson started the meeting by informing the committee of 23 new Articles put forth for the ATM warrant; 8 of the new articles will require appropriations and those articles will be discussed at the next Warrant Committee meeting on Wednesday night.
- Chair Wilson spoke to the committee regarding the Blue Hills Regional budget and that it will be presented to the committee after the all-day meeting.
- Chair Wilson discussed the process and schedule for the presentation of the FY 2014 budgets.
- Member Hays presented the following FY 2014 budgets: Unemployment, Audit, and Central Business Office. The final budget presentation will be held at Wednesday January 9th meeting with Amy Dexter, Town Accountant present.
- Member Creedon presented the following FY 2014 budgets: Law, Selectmen E & R, Town Reports, Selectmen and General Insurance. The final budget presentation will be held at the Wednesday January 9th meeting with Annemarie Fagan, Interim Town Administrator and Tom Hurley, Chair of the Board of Selectmen present.
- The next meeting of the Warrant Committee will be on Wednesday January 9, 2013.
- On a motion made by Member Hays and seconded by Member Cahill the Warrant Committee unanimously voted to adjourn at 10:46 pm.
