Fifth meeting
Present: J. Wilson, D. Turner, F. Kelly, R. Boehler, S. Genega, C. Cahill, J, Nkwah, K. Sorgi, G. Noonan, N. Bourque, T. Hays, C. Tougias
Absent: R. Hallisey, K. Chase
Reserve Fund: $250,000
- Chair Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
- Chair Wilson recognized Attorney Edward (Ned) Corcoran to present the Citizen’s Petition for Overlay Zoning for a Landscaping/Residential Planned Unit Development on behalf of his client Tom Coulter.
- Attorney Corcoran explained to the Warrant Committee the background in relation to the property and the reasons why the Citizen’s petition was brought forth as a Fall 2012 Town Meeting Article.
- Many neighbors and family members of Mr. Coulter’s were in attendance expressing their support of the Overlay Zoning Article.
- The next scheduled meeting of the Warrant Committee will be Wednesday August 29, 2012.
- On a motion made by Member Genega and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee unanimously voted to adjourn at 8:50 pm.
