  • Chair Innes called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm in the Carol Blute Conference room.
  • Chair Innes recognized Police Chief Richard Wells to discuss the FY 2013 budget and the All Day Warrant Committee meeting.
  • Chair Innes thanked Chief Wells for discussing the FY 2013 Budget.
  • Chair Innes began the meeting by recapping the Warrant Committee all day meeting.
  • On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Ahonen the Warrant Committee voted to remove $650,216 from Revenue for a total Revenue balance of $81,776,903. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Chair Innes and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to reduce the Stabilization Fund line item as of February 11, 2012 by $605,705 for a total line item balance of $361,893.
  • On a motion made by Member Wilson and seconded by Member Cahill the Warrant Committee voted to reduce the debt service by $103,395 for a balance of $4,014,092. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Wilson and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee voted to reduce the wage set aside to $103,203. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase Police budget by $60,000 for a total FY 2013 budget $6,014,848. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Tuner and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Fire budget by $41,376 for a total FY 2013 budget of $4,668,871. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Wilson and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee voted to increase the DPW budget by $15,453 for a total FY 2013 budget of $4,132,073. 9/1/0

  • On a motion made by Member Wilson and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Consolidated Facilities budget by $17,173 for a total FY 2013 budget of $607,167 with a friendly amendment by Member Cahill to have maintenance contracts as a separate line item to this budget. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Tuner and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Inspectional Services budget by $1,678 for a total FY 2013 budget of $345,551. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Tuner and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Board of Health budget by $1,500 for a total FY 2013 budget of $179,578. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Wilson and seconded by Member Hallisey the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Board of Assessors budget by $1,443 for a total FY 2013 budget of $219,243. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Wilson and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Central Business Office budget by $6,378 for a total FY 2013 budget of $332,604. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Ahonen and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Information Technology budget by $2,434 for a total FY 2013 budget of $323,227. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Wilson and seconded by Member Ahonen on the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Personnel Board budget by $1,261 for a total FY 2013 budget of $50,544. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Tougias and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Planning Board budget by $2,500 for a total FY 2013 budget of $33,722. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Selectmen’s budget by $1,346 for a total FY 2013 budget of $415,490. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Bourque and seconded by Member Turner the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Town Clerk’s budget by $2,944 for a total FY 2013 budget of $241,661. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Tougias and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Cemetery budget by $1,443 for a total FY 2013 budget of $704,849. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Wilson the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Council on Aging budget by $548 for a total FY 2013 budget of $196,393. 10/0/0
  • On a motion made by Member Tougias and seconded by Member Cahill the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Library budget by $16,180 for a total FY 2013 budget of $1,059,357. 9/1/0
  • On a motion made by Member Turner and seconded by Member Bourque the Warrant Committee voted to increase the Parks and Recreation budget by $6,420 for a total FY 2013 budget of $384,910. 10/0/0

  • On a motion made by Member Ahonen and seconded by Member Hallisey the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 9:35 pm. 9/0/0
