- Chair Innes called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m. in the Library at Milton Police Station 40 Highland Street.
- Chair Innes recognized Chief Wells, Deputy Chief Paris, and police officers Cherry, Craig and West to present the FY 2013 Police Budget.
- After much discussion regarding the Police department’s FY 2013 budget Chair Innes thanked the Chief for his presentation, and for hosting the meeting.
- There was a brief follow up discussion of the Special Town Meeting.
Member Tougias left at 9:44 pm
- Chair Innes lead a discussion regarding the Warrant Committees All Day Budget meeting. Chair Innes will be sending information out to the committee prior to the All Day meeting. As a reminder, the meeting will be taking place at the Council on Aging from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturday February 11, 2012.
- On a motion made by Member Bourque and seconded by Member Hays the Warrant Committee unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 10:29pm. 7/0/0
