Twenty-Third Meeting

The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
On a motion made by Member Tougias and seconded by Member Wilson, the Warrant Committee approved the 2/7/11 minutes by a vote of 4-0-5.
The Chair recognized Michael Blanchard, Director of the Health Department to discuss his budget. Following a lengthy discussion, the Chairman thanked Mr. Blanchard for his presentation.
The Chair recognized Maryanne Sullivan, Director of the Council of Aging Center (COA) to discuss her budget. Following a lengthy discussion, the Chairman thanked Ms. Sullivan for her presentation.
The Chair recognized David Perdios, Director of Parks and Recreation to discuss his budget.
Following a lengthy discussion, the Chairman thanked Mr. Perdios for his presentation.
On a motion by Member Bell and seconded by Member Ahonen, the Warrant Committee unanimously agreed to adjourn at 9:05 PM.
