Nineteenth Meeting

Reserve Fund Balance: $291,025
The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
The Chair presented a summary of a meeting he had had earlier this evening with Selectman McEttrick, Town Administrator Kevin Mearn and Assistant Town Administrator Annemarie Fagan about a review of the Town’s Financial Policies, the Reserve Fund and the Governor’s budget.
The Chair then recognized Kevin Mearn, Town Administrator to discuss the Law budgets and their impact to the Reserve Fund. The chair noted that there will need to be an article added to this year's
warrant to add around $250,000 to the Reserve Fund from Free Cash with the remainder used to cover the ice and snow deficit.
On a motion made by Member Hurley and seconded by Member Chase, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to set aside $75,625 for the Wind Turbine project (RFT pending a reimbursement through state grant).

Reserve Fund Balance: $215,400
On a motion by Member Chase and seconded by Member Bell, the Warrant Committee voted to adjourn at 8:15 PM.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday, January 31 at 7:30 PM in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
