Fourteenth Meeting

Absent: E Innes, J Folcarelli, J Powers, M Zullas, J Ahonen, H Bell
Reserve Fund Balance: $ 319,881
In the absence of the Chair, the Secretary called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM in the Carol Blute Conference Room.
On a motion by Member Hurley and seconded by Member Tougias, the Warrant Committee voted 6-0-2 to accept the minutes of 12/15/10 as amended.
On a motion by Member Chase and seconded by Member Turner, the Warrant Committee voted 6-1-0 to approve the Reserve Fund Transfer of $7171 for the Police Department.
Member Hurley updated the Committee on the DPW budget that needs to be revised and resubmitted first to the Selectmen for approval and then sent to the Warrant Committee.
Member Walker updated the Committee on the School's budget and said that more work needs to be done to have their budget consistent with our format.
Reserve Fund Balance: $312,710
On a motion by Member Hurley and seconded by Member Walker, the Warrant Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 7:55 PM.
Next meeting is Wednesday, January 5 at 7:30 in the Blute Conference Room.
