e="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:9pt;color:#000000;">style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:9pt;color:#000000;">Ms. Innes talked about a town-wide questionnaire that is going to be sent to Milton residents and would focus on one of the nine elements of the Master Plan process called Town Facilities and Services and is defined as (7) Services and facilities element which identifies and analyzes existing and forecasted needs for facilities and services used by the public.  The survey tool cost will be $200/year.   Ms Innes announced that the Planning Board would submit a revised budget removing the request for $200,000 to prepare a master plan. The revised budget is in response to the current fiscal and economic crisis that the Town faces.
duced a memo prepared by Jeff d’Ambly, Chief Assessor the memo outlined potential impact of proposition 2 ? overrides on an average single family home in Milton, calculated at $529,532.  The Chair noted that there will be a $344 increase in the average real estate tax bill due to the issuance of bonds for the library debt exclusion. Depending on the amount of the override, additional tax increases would range between $175 and $407.
