The Warrant Committee has recommended a contract term not to exceed four years. The School administration wanted to increase the contract number of years from the present four to ten. The requested increase in term is necessary because it is anticipated that the contractor would provide monitoring services for a ten year period. The ten year period would also correspond with the duration of a computer software maintenance contract on software necessary to measure energy consumption savings.
