or:#000000;">on.  He spoke of updating his department on the Town's website to be more user friendly.  Also recently purchased new software and the training it will require before being implemented.  His department as a whole is close to being even with last year's provided services.    The Chair thanked Mr. Prondak for his presentation.

of State Legislature.  On a motion made by Member Mandell and seconded by Member Martin, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to recommend appropriation of $67,773 for the purpose of lease payments for year three of the lease, Article 6.  On a motion made by Member Sanchez and seconded by Member Keel, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to recommend Article 7, Authorize the appropriation of $16,000 for the second year of vehicle leases.  On a motion made by Member Martin and seconded by Member Sanchez, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to recommend the appropriation of $56,000 for the municipal audit, Article 9.   On a motion made by Member Martin and seconded by Member Innes, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to recommend authorizing the Board of Health to expend a sum of money not to exceed $4,000 from a revolving fund established in 2004, Article 25.  On a motion made by Member Martin and seconded by Member Keel, the Warrant Committee voted 8-0-1 to recommend authorizing the Public Library to expend a sum of money not to exceed $4,000 from a revolving fund established in 1996, Article 27.  On a motion made by Member Martin and seconded by Member Sanchez, the Warrant Committee voted 8-0-1 to recommend authorizing the Board of Library Trustees to expend a sum of money not to exceed $25,000 from a revolving fund established in 2008, Article 28.  On a motion made by Member Keel and seconded by Member Sanchez, the Warrant Committee voted 8-0-1 to recommend authorizing the Board of Park Commissioners to expend a sum of money not to exceed $25,000 from a revolving fund established in 2008, Article 32.
