wn to vote to create a revolving fund for revenue collected from the sale of grave liners as well as to authorize the Cemetery Department to expend money from such revolving fund for the purpose of purchasing, storing, installing liners and other related materials and equipment; and to limit expenditure from such fund in the fiscal year beginning 7/1/09. The Article as written by the Cemetery Trustees is incorrect. The Article states that revenue from the sale and installation of grave liners will be deposited in the revolving fund. There are separate fees for the sale of grave liners and the installation of grave liners. It was never the Cemetery Trustees intention that revenue from the installation of grave liners be deposited in the
revolving fund. This change will permit revenue from the installation of grave liners to flow directly into the Town’s general fund. On a motion made by Member Innes and seconded by Member Chase, the Warrant Committee voted 9-0-0 to allow revenue from the grave liners’ installation to be deposited into the Town’s general fund.
